Dispatch of your Order:

If your order is placed before 4pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 4pm your order will be dispatched the following day. If your order is placed after 4pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on the Monday. There is no dispatch or collection of orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Day of Delivery:

All parcels shall be delivered by leaving the parcels at a distance of 2 meters from the consignee, without making any direct contact. Your DPD driver is required to take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery as a proof of delivery. The driver takes a photo of the parcel in the doorway to prove it was handed over. No signature will be required upon delivery.

If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, a card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail the order will be returned to us. This will result in you forfeiting the delivery charge.

Delivery Time Scales:

Please note that your delivery date is an estimate, over 98% of our orders arrive on time or before the estimated delivery date, but in some cases orders can take longer for delays outside of our control.

We offer the below delivery methods to the UK, including Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Our DPD Saver service is our most cost-effective service with DPD, with goods arriving within 4-5 working days.

Our DPD Classic service is our most popular delivery service to the UK, with goods arriving within 2-4 working days.

Our DHL Priority service is our upgraded delivery service with DHL, with goods arriving within 2-3 working days.

Our DHL Express is our fastest delivery service, with goods arriving within 1-2 working days.

We also offer a fast delivery service to the whole of Europe and Worldwide.

Deliveries to Europe usually arrive within 1-2 working days.

Deliveries Worldwide usually arrive within 1-5 working days.

Track your Order:

You will receive a DPD consignment number and tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your email via this link. You can also track your order via the below links on DPD's website. Please note you may not be able to track your DPD order until it has reached your depot and is out for delivery.

Channel Islands & Remote Areas:

We offer delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man via our Europe shipping option which is with DHL Express. We also offer delivery to all remote UK areas, postcodes, and offshore islands.

Import Taxes / VAT:

There are no import taxes or import vat for any orders to the UK and Europe. Please note for worldwide deliveries you may have to pay import duties upon entry in to your country for example the USA, Russia, India etc.

Bank & Public Holidays:

There are no deliveries or collections on Bank or Public Holidays. Any orders due for dispatch or delivery on Bank or Public Holidays will be collected or delivered the following day.
